Preparation of your order will normally be completed within three working days of receipt however at very busy times your order may take longer to prepare. The postage costs are calculated by weight with a small allowance for the secure packaging.
Postage used will be Royal Mail 1st Class for total weights up to 1kgs and Royal Mail Standard Parcels over this – unless you request an alternative where we can supply an individual cost for postage (including insurance or recorded delivery).
The charge for postage and packaging is intended to meet the genuine costs of sending the item will a small allowance for securely packaging them. If we feel the P&P costs charged to you exceed the true costs we will offer a refund at our discretion. This refund will reflect the payment method used for the order.
We make every effort to package securely the orders sent out but cannot control what happens from us to you.
