Welcome to the Candle Cavern

The Candle Cavern was formally established in 2009 to offer natural candles made from Soy Wax & Beeswax and to develop/promote interest to those seeking both quality performance and environmental sustainability in their candles. I make candles from these natural products allowing you the opportunity to buy from a sustainable and renewable resource.

Both Beeswax and Soy Wax are fantastic mediums to work with and produce a clean burning candle experience. Please have a look at the sections explaining the benefits and advantages of both these candle waxes. Beeswax is a natural air purifier for those sensitive and with allergies.

I make a number of soy wax candles as well as solid & rolled beeswax candles.

For scents, I use pure essential oils rather than laboratory created chemical aromas (fragrance oils) and these all tend to have built in therapeutic benefits .

In addition, this site is aimed at promoting and highlighting british candlemaking through the hand made candles and access to supplies/kits for all levels/abilities of Chandlers. I run a beginners candlemaking course which, so far, has been very well received and also a great deal of fun to run

I will endeavour to grow the range of candles as well as the accessories & supplies as I am practicably able. If you are looking for anything in particuar (not shown) or a bespoke item please do not hesitate to contact me.
