New Coloured Candle Tins

I've just added some attractive red heart shaped candle tins to the shop. On the lid is the motif 'Just For You' ready for you to make a gift for someone special. They are in packs of 12 and the clear presentation boxes I have in the shop will fit them ideally. A chance for you chandlers to make up a good batch for Mother's Day.

A NEW wax !!

I have been trying and testing some Rapeseed Wax over the last couple of weeks withe the intention of adding these candles to the current choice. Initially, it will be be tealights and I hope to expand from here. I do like the idea of RS wax being more environmentally conscious - especially as much of it is produced in EU/UK leaving a much smaller 'carbon footprint'. Also, it is said to hold scents better although this needs a lot more trials and testing !!! Watch this space...

New Items..

I am having a clear out of items in the shop and a few will go with some new ones coming in. I have some attractive black slate candle plates coming in and will be available in sets of six. Also, I have finally got everything ready with the Soy Tealight Candlemaking Kit and only need to get some photographs taken.

Update

Many apologies to all of those who may have been waiting for me to start to promote the tealight candlemaking kit as it has not yet been forthcoming. Due to overwhelming interest and orders, I have had to put all pending jobs to one side whilst I concentrated on Xmas. The Candle Cavern will be shut from Monday 19th Dec for two weeks as I intend to catch up and do all those jobs outstanding. Please do check back in the New Year as the kit will be ready to go.
