After you place an order you will receive an email to confirm the items you have ordered, together with the delivery details given, so that you can check them for accuracy and make any amendments if you wish. Thereafter you may receive additional emails informing you of the progress of your order, the carriage cost if you live outside the UK Mainland, or a delivery date. You may also receive an email confirming that we have sent your order and it is on its way.

You will not receive any other emails from us unless we need to contact regarding payment, inform you of product availability or obtain correct details of your address where incorrect information has been submitted.
